How auctions work

  • To place a bid, you just need to sign up and save your credit card information.
  • Once you place a bid, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • You will only get charged if you win the auction.
  • We’ll notify you by email if you’ve been outbid.
  • You can bid again as many times as you want until the auction is over.
  • If you win the auction, we’ll email you to confirm your shipping info before we send you your item.
  • All sales are final and the winner of an auction cannot cancel.

    • International Shipments

    We ship worldwide! International shipments are subject to additional fees. You are responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs, and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or other authority upon any parcel we send to you. Please allow at least 4-­6 weeks for international orders to be delivered.

    Shipping issues

    We cannot change any information on a package once it has been shipped. If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please email us at: info@closiit.com
